Earl Sweatshirt Returns (Possibly)

Just a bit ago, Odd Future front man Tyler, The Creator posted a link to a Twitter profile page and said, “Oh. Thebe Has….I Mean Earl Has A Twitter.” You can see that profile here. As you may know, Earl Sweatshirt has been in Samoa at a school/camp for troubled youth, as his mom was not to fond of his spectacular self-titled full length. Rumors have swirled around the Internet for more than a year as to when Earl would finally return and grace humanity with his uncanny rapping prowess.

It seems that time has come, although let’s not be too sure. Late last year, Tyler trolled the entire Internet when posting about a “new Odd Future signee,” Young Nigga, whom eventually was revealed to be Tyler himself playing a practical joke on the blogosphere. Now, this whole Earl Sweatshirt shit is pretty fucking serious, so let’s hope Tyler isn’t jerking our chains this time around. Earl Sweatshirt’s ‘personal Twitter’ also revealed a link to a YouTube video that features him asking for 50,000 followers to in order to release a new song, which was previewed in said video (you can watch it below).

I’m not religious in any way, but I pray to all that is holy that Earl is back, because we desperately miss him.
